Warning: Major spoilers from Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 4 ahead.

For those unfamiliar, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is the second part of Boruto manga series by Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto and artist Mikio Ikemoto, and a new chapter is released every month. The first four chapters have been focused on Boruto's return, his conflict against Code, and his mission to find the Ten-Tails, the Tailed Beast incarnation of the God Tree previously cultivated by Kaguya Otsutsuki and Isshiki Otsutsuki. After successfully locating the Ten-Tails thanks to Boruto's toad surveillance ally behind Code, Boruto teleports to the location, but the Ten-Tails is nowhere to be found, and the vigilante hero encounters four new villains with Rinnegan.

The new teaser for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 4 was released by the V Jump shonen magazine, and it shares a preview of Boruto's battle against those villains, including a mysterious one that turns out to be someone familiar. Watch the trailer for Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 4 below:

Is Sasuke dead in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex?

The mysterious villain turns out to be the Jubi clone of Sasuke Uchiha. The final page of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 4 revealed that Sasuke has been entrapped in the miniature divine tree created from the chakra of the Ten-Tails. It looks like people who are entrapped are copied into villainous clones, and they're able to use the same abilities of the original person. Now, fans are wondering if Sasuke is still alive while being sealed in the tree.

In the same chapter, during Sarada Uchiha's scene with Shikimaru Nara and Kawaki in the Hokage's office at Konoha (Hidden Leaf Village), Sarada tells Shikimaru that the victims entrapped in the trees are still alive, and that there might be a way to save them. So, based on this information, we can safely say that Sasuke is not dead in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex.

What we still don't know is how Sasuke was entrapped in the first place. Fans of the manga still has a lot of questions after the three-year timeskip, and one of them is how Sasuke ended up that way. We'll likely see a flashback in a future chapter of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex that will reveal how it happened, but for now, we can say that we're relieved that Sasuke is still alive.
