20 years ago, the first episode of Studio Pierrot's anime adaptation of Tite Kubo's BLEACH manga series was released. Ever since, the journey of Ichigo Kurosaki has become one of the most popular stories in shonen anime history. Recently, the Shinigami have been getting more attention thanks to the third part of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, which premieres today. The new series pits the heroes of Soul Society against Yhwach and his powerful Sternritter army. Now, BLEACH has released a special anime remake to recreate some of the most iconic moments of the series.
BLEACH's 20th Anniversary video features Ichigo's journey from Rukia's perspective, and the release coincides with today's premiere of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 - The Conflict. The shonen anime is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and while this might not be a full anime remake in the same vein as Rurouni Kenshin, Ranma 1/2, Usrusei Yatsura, or Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood to name a few, the video shows Pierrot recreating some of the greatest moments from Ichigo's epic journey.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 Plot
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 is expected to adapt starting from Chapter 612 of Tite Kubo's manga series. According to Kubo, we can expect to see more of Squad 13 Captain Jūshirō Ukitake, who plays an important role in the manga, giving us a closer look at the character, and the background story of the Soul King.
As Part 2 revealed, we can expect more familiar faces return in the third part, including Yoruichi Shihouin and the Vizards. The fan-favorite villain Sōsuke Aizen is also to make an appearance after showing up briefly in the earlier part of the series. Fans are looking forward to his epic moments in Soul Society's battle against Yhwach and the Wandenreich.

All episodes of Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War (as well as previous seasons of the anime) will be available to stream as part of the Disney Plus and Hulu package. New episodes will be released every Saturday. Those outside of North America may need to go to the 'Star' range to find this anime, or by searching for it in the platform's navitation tool.
