Attack on Titan: The Final Season Finale will see the final fight of Mikasa, Armin, and the rest of the Scout Regiment against Eren and his legions of Colossal Titans, who’re now marching across the Earth. As it will only take a month before the final episode finally releases, the anime has been releasing new updates as of late. And the latest, Studio Kusanagi, which helped MAPPA Studio handle the last season, drops a dramatic new still.
Based on the Japanese manga of the same name by Hajime Isayama, the series has seen critical and commercial success. It’s one of the best-selling manga of all time, with 120 million copies in circulation, while the anime received widespread critical acclaim and numerous accolades when it started in 2013, adapted by Wit Studio for the first three seasons and MAPPA for the fourth season. And as Attack on Titan: The Final Season Finale will finally be released after a long wait, all eyes are now on how this series will end.
Though the new preview is just plain background art from the series’ final episode, it bears a lot of meaning. Fans believe it’s the backdrop of Reiner’s home, seen in Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 1 Episode 3, where a flashback of his youth was seen as he aspired to be a soldier. What makes it more dramatic is it's where Reiner's mom, Karina Braun, sits. Karina is known for treating her son badly after being rejected by his dad due to their heritage.

What will happen in Attack on Titan: The Final Season Finale?
In the final part’s second installment, Eren starts the Rumbling by unhardening the Walls and freeing all the Wall Titans that start rummaging the surface of the earth to destroy the life upon it. All Eren wants to do is eliminate everyone who has threatened Eldia by leading his unstoppable Titans toward Marley. That said, Armin, Mikasa, Levi, Reiner, and Annie are now on their way to try to stop Eren and save humanity. However, with his great power and the relationship they have built, it remains to be seen if they can defeat an old pal.
