Japanese alternative metal band SiM (Silence iz Mine) has released the full version of Under the Tree - the official theme song of Attack on Titan Final Season: The Final Chapters Special 1. Fans of the anime based on the popular manga by Hajime Isayama would know that the title of the song is a reference to an iconic scene in the epic finale of the manga.
The full version of Under the Tree was released alongside a music video that features various scenes from Attack on Titan, directed by Motohiro Ishii (from Ray). Watch the official music video for Under the Tree from SiM's YouTube channel below:
Under the Tree is one of the songs featured in SiM's latest album, PLAYDEAD, which was released earlier today. The album also features the orchestra version of The Rumbling, the theme song of Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 2. It also features the theme song of Kengan Ashura Season 2, titled RED, among others. It's worth pointing out that while The Rumbling is inspired by Eren's point-of-view, Under the Tree tells the story from Mikasa's perspective, and as you can see below, she is featured in the CD jacket for the TV version of the song:

Studio MAPPA will be animating Attack on Titan Final Season: The Final Chapters Special 2, but it's still unclear if Under the Tree will be featured in the grand finale of the series. A new theme song hasn't been announced, so it's likely that they will use this song again. The anime special will be available to stream on Crunchyroll, and they provided the following plot description for the special episodes:
