People simply can't stop talking about the premiere of Ahsoka, and it seems like everything that went down in the first two episodes has already been discussed. But did you notice that the Darth Maul actor was in the Disney+ series? Although nobody noticed in the episodes themselves, the credits for the show confirmed that we already saw (or heard) someone important in the live-action Star Wars series.

In the credits of Ahsoka, an intriguing name has surfaced, sparking speculation about the show's future and a cryptic code that has already been decoded. That name is none other than Sam Witwer, a figure well-versed in the Star Wars Universe.

Witwer's vocal talents have breathed life into iconic characters like Darth Maul, featured in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels. He's also known for voicing Galen Marek, known as Starkiller, in The Force Unleashed video game. Starkiller, notably Darth Vader's clandestine apprentice, was a key figure in the Legends continuity, though these games have since been relegated to non-canon status.

With Witwer's involvement, Ahsoka may hold tantalizing hints about the show's direction, adding an extra layer of intrigue for Star Wars enthusiasts. Is he returning as Maul, who is already dead in the Star Wars timeline, or is he playing someone more important to the storyline? There are speculations that we'll eventually get to hear the mysterious Marrok speak, and it is believed that the voice coming from him will be Witwer's.

Sam Witwer is not the only Star Wars: The Clone Wars actor who appeared in the Ahsoka credits. Matthew Wood is also in the credits and had previously provided General Grievous's voice. With that in mind, it's beginning to look like Ahsoka is bringing back a lot of familiar faces and voices.

The official title for Ahsoka Episode 3 has not yet been announced. But, it is already scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
