The Ahsoka finale delivered a series of intriguing twists and challenges as Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren sought to thwart Grand Admiral Thrawn's plan to leave Peridea. Unfortunately, everything they did still left them stuck in a completely different galaxy. However, it appears that the resolution to their predicament may have been revealed in Episode 8 of the Star Wars series.
In Ahsoka Episode 8, Ezra Bridger manages to escape Peridea and pursue Thrawn across the galaxy. This was made possible by the efforts of Ahsoka and Sabine, who still found themselves stranded on the planet with seemingly no means of returning home. Considering the immense effort and the Eye of Sion that was required to extricate Thrawn, the prospects for our heroes seemed bleak.
But was the answer left out in plain sight? A sharp-eyed Star Wars fan has proposed a potential solution, rooted in an interesting detail from the episode. In the finale, Baylan Skoll, the force-sensitive mercenary, discovered a set of intriguing statues. These statues hold significance for Star Wars: The Clone Wars fans, as they depict the three Force deities known as the Mortis gods: the Father, the Son, and the Daughter.
Ahsoka herself also has a cool connection to the Daughter through the Morai, the condor bird that repeatedly appears to her. The statue of the Daughter appears to have been destroyed but her presence is still felt when Ahsoka spots a Morai observing her and Sabine as they reunited with the Noti.
"So Morai is there, and the Father, and Son statue, maybe Ahsoka uses the World Between Worlds to go back to the main galaxy," the Redditor wrote. It's an interesting thought considering that Ezra accessed the mystic plane through a mural in Lothal in Star Wars Rebels. It is believed that Ahsoka and Sabine could find their way out of Peridea by connecting to the Mortis gods' statues.

The clever observation raises the possibility that these statues may offer a key to resolving Ahsoka and Sabine's dilemma, potentially providing a means of escape or a solution to their current predicament. As the intricate storytelling of Ahsoka continues to unfold, fans eagerly await how these intriguing elements will play out in the series.
For now, Ahsoka has not yet been confirmed for a second season. However, there are speculations that the Star Wars series will be renewed before the end of the year. In the meantime, fans can rewatch all eight episodes of the first season on Disney+.
