Riot Games continues to enhance VALORANT’s gaming experience by introducing new and exciting Episodes and Acts. Each Episode in the game is about 6 months long and consists of 3 Acts, with each Act lasting for nearly 2 months. The last season in the game was Episode 7 Act 1, which started back in June, meaning the next Act is coming soon.
Episode 7 Act 1 was quite a captivating one since it was the first to feature the latest game mode called Team Deathmatch. It is a mode that fans have been asking Riot Games to add in VALORANT ever since the game’s release in 2020. The game mode has become a constant in many shooter games now and was one that VALORANT was working on for quite some time. Now that Team Deathmatch has been added to the game, players are busy having their fun.
VALORANT Episode 7 Act 1 also introduced the newest agent, Deadlock, to the game. Hailing from Norwegia, the agent uses her wires to accomplish almost any task at hand. She has some interesting abilities, such as gripping people and bringing them into her. In addition, Deadlock can also set up a sturdy wall and lay traps. It is safe to say that players who play her are absolutely fond of her, and those who play against her, well, they aren’t such huge fans of her.
Lastly, Riot Games also ended up revamping the Progression System to make things slightly easier and a little more straightforward for players. This was an excellent quality-of-life addition to the game and has definitely made things much better for VALORANT players.
VALORANT Episode 7 Act 2 Release Date
VALORANT Episode 7 Act 2 is set to release on August 29, 2023, so far, considering no sudden changes take place at the end. However, VALORANT and Riot Games are quite good at following their laid-out schedule, so players can expect the new Act to arrive on time.
