Today, a new trailer has been released for the upcoming anime adaptation of The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic during the 10th anniversary livestream of the MF Books event. The update was shared on the official website of the isekai anime.
Originally announced on August 15, 2021, the anime is based on the Japanese light novel series (Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata: Senjou wo Kakeru Kaifuku Youin) written by Kurokata and illustrated by KeG. The anime is scheduled to release in the Winter 2024 anime season. The light novel, which was initially released as a web novel, was serialized under the MF Books imprint from 2016 to 2020. So far twelve volumes have been published by Media Factory. Presently, a manga adaptation by Reki Kugayama is ongoing in Comp Ace magazine.

It looks like the trailer features a lot of the common themes seen in isekai anime shows. There are clearly comedic elements, and it looks like the protagonist, Usato, is trapped in an eccentric world where he gains the ability to use healing magic.
The anime production companies Studio Add and Shin-Ei Animation are in charge of the animation of The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic, with Takahide Ogata serving as the director. The character designs are under the purview of Kenji Tanabe, while Shogo Yasukawa is responsible for the composition of the anime series.
