The Seven Deadly Sins is one of the most popular anime titles streaming on Netflix, and now, fans are getting ready for the highly-anticipated second season of the sequel series. A new trailer for The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Season 2 has been released along with a fantastic main visual. While it's already been confirmed that the second season is set to premiere on October 6 in Japan, a release date has yet to be confirmed for Netflix.
The ending theme song is titled Akairo performed by Hana Hope, and the opening theme song is MMH by UVERworld, which is previewed in the trailer. Catch a glimpse of Percival and other heroes back in action in the trailer below, and as you can see them gathered to fight, we can expect epic battle sequences and classic fantasy visuals in Season 2.

The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse anime is directed by Maki Odaira (Pokémon Journeys). TMS Entertainment is producing the animation, with Shigeru Murakoshi (Ninja Kamui) as the series composer, Yoichi Takada as the character designer, and KOHTA YAMAMOTO (Attack on Titan Final Season) as the music composer.

The Seven Deadly Sins anime is based on the adventure fantasy manga by Nakaba Suzuki. The manga sequel series has been serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine since January 2021, with its chapters collected into seventeen volumes as of June 2024.
