Three superheroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe teamed up in one movie which may not have fared better than the others but it gave the continuation of the narrative of Carol Danvers/ Captain Marvel, Kamala Khan/ Ms. Marvel, and Monica Rambeau/ Photon. If that is not girl power enough, then, The Marvels brought in Valkyrie, too, who is now the ruler of Asgard. In a deleted scene from the movie that was recently revealed, it involves a hilarious mix-up between Ms. Marvel and Valkyrie.
The Marvels brought together the power of the women in the MCU to solve an anomaly happening between two heroes, Captain Marvel and Ms. Marvel where they unexpectedly change positions every time Kamala Khan would use her bands. Monica Rambeau is also in it to know what is happening and they embark on a journey which led them to Dar-Benn. At a point, they even needed the help of Valkyrie and in a recently revealed deleted scene, it showed a hilarious mix-up between Valkyrie and Ms. Marvel. Check the clip below:
The scene reveals Ms. Marvel just after her exchange with Captain Marvel and she ended up in the ship of the latter and there was a call from Valkyrie. Ms. Marvel answered the call and Valkyrie immediately suspected that Captain Marvel "got married again," and this references Captain Marvel's marriage of convenience to Prince Yan. Ms. Marvel, not supposed to know such a thing, awkwardly dropped the call.
When can we expect Valkyrie's return in the MCU?
The arrival of Valkyrie in The Marvels is a surprise following her appearance in the trailer of the movie. Valkyrie was first introduced in Thor: Ragnarok and she later became a pivotal character in the succeeding Thor and Avengers movies as she form part of the women of the MCU. Thor: Love and Thunder introduced Valkyrie as the new leader of Asgard which transferred on Earth, and she remains to be the ruler of the place who deals with other countries in the planet.
Valkyrie could appear next in any of the MCU movies but it is most possible in the upcoming Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars which is the culmination of Phases Four to Six of the MCU. Usually, in these kinds of movies, almost all the heroes of the MCU gather together to defeat a common enemy which is, this time, Kang and his variants.
