What will be in Stranger Things Season 5?
In an interview with Variety, it was revealed that the writers for the first episode, Matt and Ross Duffer, have already sent Noah Schnapp three scripts, indicating that a lot of progress had been made before the WGA strikes even started. Noah’s Will Byers, who came out as gay in the last season, will have his newly announced sexuality play into his character and story.
It makes sense that the writers would give him a major role since the last season also showed Will disappearing into the Upside Down. Since Noah Schnapp has also come out of the closet in real life, he is much more excited to play his character.
Noah said, “I think the way I act in Season 5, honestly, might be a little different. I will be fully aware of who I am. Knowing all of that about myself and being able to invest that in my character, I’m honestly just excited.”
Stranger Things’ writers also shared an update on X that read, “Season 5 is like if season 1 and 4 had a baby. And then that baby was injected with steroids.”
Regardless, we can't wait to see how this one plays out and how the writers have concluded the epic series. The rest of the Stranger Things seasons are currently available to stream on Netflix.
