Star Wars: Ahsoka Episode 3 is set to release soon, a whole week after the first two episodes premiered. Each episode of the Star Wars series will be released once a week since that’s the pattern Disney decided to follow. Even though one week does sound like quite a lot, it still gives fans plenty of time to process the show’s storyline and how it's progressing.

After the epic debut of Ahsoka, the anticipation is quite high for episode 3, starring Rosario Dawson as the titular heroine. The character first made her debut in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, then returned in Star Wars Rebels. Ahsoka Tano’s live-action version was first seen in The Mandalorian, then The Book of Boba Fett, and now finally, the Jedi warrior has her very own show.

In the series, she continues to investigate various threats to the galaxy under imperial control while her companions aid her in this journey in several ways. Star Wars: Ahsoka is set to release on Tuesdays/Wednesdays, depending on the time zone the viewers actually belong to.

Ahsoka Episode 3 Plot

Ahsoka Episode 3 features a runtime of around 31 minutes, unlike the 51 minutes of the first episode. The creator of episodes 2 and 3, Steph Green, decided to tell the story in two different episodes of about 40 and 30 minutes instead of the 70-minute runtime. Even though most shows have an average 45-minute runtime for each episode, Ahsoka’s short runtime might contribute to a much bigger storyline.

Episode 3’s story is set to focus on the relationship between Sabine and the Jedi knight. On top of this, Anakin Skywalker, Ezra Bridger, and Grand Admiral Thrawn might appear in the episode, even if it's only as a part of flashback sequences. Although many fans are hoping to see Ahsoka with Luke, this might not happen in the upcoming episode.

What happened in Ahsoka’s first two episodes?

The first two episodes of Star Wars: Ahsoka have given some interesting interpretations to the plot threads from Rebels and the Mando-Verse shows. The Disney+ series tries to bridge the story of the fall of the Empire trilogy as well as the sequels, featuring the rise of the First Order with Ahsoka, with Rosario Dawson portraying the role of the Jedi knight.

After Sabine returns from the verge of death, she and Ahsoka attempt to mend ways and join forces to fight the same battle. Regardless of the old regime falling, the power is not yet out of the hands of the Imperialists. Even though they still control many of the industries, private investors end up receiving the most top-notch tech.
