Filming for The Life of Chuck has successfully concluded. Mike Flanagan confirmed the production wrap on the latest Stephen King adaptation featuring Mark Hamill and Tom Hiddleston on his official X (formerly Twitter) account. Despite the challenges posed by the SAG-AFTRA strike, an interim agreement allowed the production to proceed.
Flanagan expressed gratitude to the cast and crew for their dedication to the project, calling it a "tenacious little miracle" and sharing his excitement about the film entering the world (via X).
"THE LIFE OF CHUCK is the movie I want to leave in the world for my kids, & I'm so grateful to Trevor Macy @IntrepidPix , @QWGmire & @filmnation for making it happen. And many thanks of course to @StephenKing for trusting me with this beautiful, fragile, joyful story," Flanagan wrote.
The Life of Chuck is certainly facing a lot of expectations considering the big names attached to the project. On the other hand, Flanagan has already proven himself in the world of horror storytelling so there is little doubt that people are already looking forward to the first trailer for the film.
