Major details about the new Ragna Crimson anime have just come up. The dark fantasy series excites fans with its upcoming release this summer with several promotions here and there. And the latest, it has unveiled a series of updates, from its additional cast to a new key visual, third preview, opening theme, and more.
Based on the Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Daiki Kobayashi, Silver Link is working on its anime adaptation, which Ken Takahashi is directing. Deko Akao is handling the new series’ composition, with Shinpei Aoki in character designs and Koji Fujimoto in music.
The anime’s official website has dropped major details about Ragna Crimson anime. It first unveiled its opening theme, which will be titled Roar by the four-member rock band ulma sound junction. The announcement was followed by the additional cast members, including Fairouz Ai as Slime, Mamiko Noto as Chimera, Hiroki Higashiji as Golem, and Junichi Suwabe as Walte Kamuy. It was earlier revealed that Chaki Kobayashi would join the series as Laguna, along with Inori Minase as Leonika, Rena Ueda as Artematia, Takehito Koyasu as Grumwerte, Kozo Shioya as Mergbde, Ayumu Murase as Crimson, Shunsuke Takeuchi as Disastrous, and Kennen Kanna as future Laguna.
Ragna Crimson’s New Visual and Trailer
Based on Ragna Crimson’s new visual and trailer, the anime will be a full-on monster mash-up. The key art features the protagonists Ragna and Crimson in the front, while the villains Ultimatia and Woltekamui loom at the back. By the looks of it, these four are ready to take some action when the series begins, following its dark fantasy theme.
Alternatively, the trailer shows the characters fans are about to meet. From the protagonists to the villains and other supporting characters, they all tease the coming of a new series that may soon become a fan favorite. The preview also plays Roar in the background.
