Fans are now all hyped up for the upcoming K-drama series Queen of Tears. Netflix and tvN have been hard at work to excite fans for its new show featuring Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won in the lead. What is Queen of Tears about?
Written by the Crash Landing on You and My Love From the Star writer Park Ji-eun and directed by Jang Young-woo and Kim Hee-won (Vincenzo, Little Women), Queen of Tears follows the love story of the married couple Baek Hyun-woo and Hong Hae-in. The two will try their best to withstand the challenges in their marriage and stay together no matter what happens. Hyun-woo and Hae-in fall in love despite growing up in two completely different worlds, with Hyun-woo as the company's legal director and Hae-in as the queen of department stores. Their relationship has become the talk of the town due to their contrasting status. However, they shut them all up after Hae-in proposes to Hyun-woo and the much-awaited wedding of the century happens.
