Sora’s next journey has been framed around Quadratum, a photoreal modern city that looks nothing like the cartoon kingdoms that defined earlier entries. Square Enix has already shown Donald and Goofy searching the Underworld for him and later confirmed a vibrant destination inspired by Pixar’s Coco, leaving the rest of the Disney map unannounced.
Collider reports that an apparent list of Kingdom Hearts IV achievements has surfaced through Steam’s backend, offering the first detailed look at destinations that have not been revealed in trailers. The names attached to those entries include The Haunted Mansion, Zootopia, Star Wars, and Toy Story. Square Enix has not verified the list, and the labels could still be placeholders or change before the game ships.
Achievements currently visible on SteamDB indicate players will complete requests in locations called the Haunted Mansion, Savanna Central, Toy Box, and A Galaxy Far, Far Away. Savanna Central is one of the major districts featured in Zootopia, while Toy Box was the Toy Story world previously visited in Kingdom Hearts III. The Star Wars references are especially difficult to explain away, because the list also includes an achievement titled May the Light Be With You.
The first Kingdom Hearts IV trailer appeared to include the foot of an AT-ST in a forest resembling Endor, yet neither Disney nor Square Enix has officially confirmed that crossover. Other achievements reference Hundred Acre Wood, Scala ad Caelum, Monochrome Origins, and a mysterious location called Imagineer Planet. Monochrome Origins could potentially involve Oswald the Lucky Rabbit or another piece of early Disney animation, while Imagineer Planet sounds like it may pull directly from Disney Parks history, though both interpretations remain speculation.
The same backend data also points to returning systems that have defined the series for years. Gummi Ship routes, Lucky Emblems, cooking, photography, synthesis, and world-specific request boards all appear to be present. One entry titled It’s Not Junk to Me asks players to complete the treasure collection of a custodian living on a rooftop, which has already been linked in discussion to WALL-E somewhere inside Quadratum.
Those extra systems matter because Kingdom Hearts IV is being built in Unreal Engine 5 with a faster battle flow that lets Sora swap Keyblades mid-combo. Square Enix has described that combat as a way to mix attacks and magic without breaking momentum, which would pair naturally with request-heavy worlds if the leak holds. The list still needs to be treated as unofficial until the company speaks, because achievement names on Steam have been rewritten before.
Kingdom Hearts IV is scheduled to launch in late 2027 on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store. Until Square Enix confirms the worlds on that achievement list, the Star Wars destination remains a rumor rather than a reveal.
