One of the best things about Ahsoka is that the upcoming Disney+ series will serve as a sequel to Star Wars Rebels. With that in mind, it only makes sense that there will be tons of Easter eggs from the animated show. That would include the mural of the Ghost crew which can now be seen in high definition in the new still from Ahsoka.
Star Wars Rebels concluded with the Ghost crew parting ways while Sabine Wren teams up with Ahsoka Tano in search of Ezra Bridger. As they leave, it is revealed that there was a mural of the crew erected on Lothal.
Since then, the Ghost crew mural has resurfaced in the promotions for Ahsoka, much to the delight of fans who loved Star Wars Rebels. However, there is no clear image of the live-action version of the mural.
That has changed after Lucasfilm unveiled a new still from Ahsoka, which features Sabine Wren looking up at the mural. It's an emotionally-charged image considering that Sabine is still loving for Ezra and is clearly hoping to reconnect with her former team members.

Luckily, this is something that we will see in Ahsoka. In the official trailer, Ahsoka Tano obviously needs Sabine's help and the two might also seek out Hera Syndulla and Chopper for assistance. Needless to say, we can't wait for the Ghost crew to be reunited later this August.
Ahsoka will star Rosario Dawson as the titular Jedi, Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, and Eman Esfandi as Ezra Bridger. Lars Mikkelsen, who previously provided the voice of Grand Admiral Thrawn in Star Wars Rebels, will reprise his role by playing the live-action version of the villain.
Star Wars: Ahsoka will consist of eight episodes and will officially premiere on Disney+ on August 23, 2023.
