After the success of My Demon, Kim Yoo-jung is back! However, she will no longer be a bossy heir to a rich chaebol this time but a simple daughter who will accidentally turn into food. In what is called Netflix’s weirdest K-drama release this year, the streamer has dropped a teaser for the upcoming series Chicken Nugget, showing the 20th Century Girl star turning into a chicken nugget.

The Chicken Nugget teaser is maybe short, but it’s enough to excite fans to see the comedy K-drama. It starts with Yoo-jung inside a machine with a lavender door and green lighting. As the room begins to make noise, her father, Choi Seon-man (Ryu Seung-ryong), and the latter's intern, Ko Baek-joong (Ahn Jae-hong), quickly open the door only to find out that she’s gone and has turned into a piece of food.
This unexpected turn of events frustrates Seon-man as he holds the nugget and screams his daughter's name, “Min-ah!” He, too, blames himself as he cries out loud while Baek-joong is ugly, crying on the floor.
Netflix first gave a glimpse of Chicken Nugget in the announcement trailer of its 2024 K-drama content. It shows Yoo-jung inside the machine room, wondering how it works. As a mysterious button emerges, the actress presses it, not knowing it’s about to make a major change in her life.
