Netflix Drops New Trailer for Benicio del Toro Mystery Movie, Reptile

Reptile will see Benicio del Toro, Alicia Silverstone, and Justin Timberlake in a new murder mystery on Netflix.

Netflix has dropped the official trailer for its upcoming mystery movie Reptile. The star-studded film will feature Benicio del Toro, Alicia Silverstone, and Justin Timberlake in the lead. And as this will serve as the directorial debut of Grant Singer, who’s known for directing A-list stars’ music videos, the picture will feature a new take on the murder mystery genre.

Del Toro plays a role of a detective as he investigates a mind-boggling case that he describes as a “nightmare.” As he begins the investigation, Timberlake’s character finds himself at the center of the inquiry while Silvertone’s role is left asking what is really happening.

The trailer sees del Toro talking about the new case involving a real estate agent killed in her home. The investigation begins with the mourning boyfriend (Timberlake), who insists on his innocence and points to several other suspects. As he digs deeper into the investigation, the sleuth is about to uncover the truth that involves his own life. You can see the trailer below:
