DMM.com and P.A. Works have released the character trailer for their upcoming original anime, Nanare Hananare. Aside from revealing the main cast members for the series, the preview also gives a glimpse of the six high school girls who will lead the anime, showing their different personalities. A new key visual featuring the girls is also unveiled. You can see the preview below:
The Nanare Hananare character trailer begins with Kanata Misora, a bright and energetic cheerleader of the group. While holding her phone, she couldn’t help but scream after what she had read. From there, a montage of scenes featuring the girls begins to play. It then shows Misora's quirky personality.
Next introduced is Suzuha Obunai; she’s the most silent and extreme among the group, often becoming a hot topic on social media for her love for parkour. The preview reveals she uses parkour to travel to school to save time. Anna Aveiro is then displayed. Born and raised in Brazil, Anna is a mood-maker and assertive.
In addition, Nodoka Otani introduces herself as a first-year student who loves yoga, philosophy, and India. The trailer also shows Shion Tanizaki. Despite being rich and beautiful, she’s kind, humble, and hard-working, which makes her famous in the school. Lastly, Megumi Kaionji enters the scene. She used to be the leader of the cheerleading club but is currently undergoing rehabilitation after being sick.
Alternatively, the Nanare Hananare key visual features Kanata, Suzuha, Anna, Nodoka, Shion, and Megumi together. The six are on a shopping street based on the real shopping avenue in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, which they frequently visit.
