However, despite the battles being scattered across eight places, the next episode will focus on Shoto Todoroki and Dabi’s fight. The preview for My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 8, titled Two Bright Spots, shows Todoroki using a new technique against Dabi.

As released by the anime’s official website, the My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 8 trailer shows Dabi and Todoroki in Kamino. The former has unleashed blue flames that greatly affect everyone, even his younger brother. But Todoroki has no plans to back down. He releases a combination of yellow and green flames. The next scene shows their father, Enji Todoroki, surrounded by great fire while a young Dabi is lying on the ground.

Dabi has made his power intense as Onima, Kido, and Moe Kamiji get before Todoroki to fight off the villain. However, Dabi has put them all down in one snap. This makes Todoroki fiercer, eager to stop and defeat his brother. Dabi is then seen in a different location, hinting at a backstory as he starts to pray.

Alternatively, the eight stills for My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 8 focus on Todoroki and Dabi’s battle. Dabi smiles as he prepares to take his brother and other heroes down. Onima, Kido, and Moe Kamiji seem to be protecting Todoroki from Dabi by getting in front of him.

An innocent-looking Dabi then appears, while the next still shows him crying in what seems to be a flashback. Todoroki unleashes his new technique against his brother. However, Dabi proves he’s a force to be reckoned with while his whole body burns up. A younger-looking Todoroki is then seen talking to someone on the phone. For the last still, Todoroki is back in the battleground and already bleeding as he battles his brother.
