My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 1, titled In the Nick of Time! A Big-Time Maverick from the West!, will finally be released this weekend. After the previous season showed Japan in ruins, All Might asked for the help of other countries’ heroes, but only one hero stood up. The anime has released the trailer and preview stills for the upcoming premiere episode, and it shows Star and Stripe’s arrival, though Shigaraki is getting in her way to stop her from helping Japan, its people, and the Pro Heroes.

The My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 1 trailer begins with the military preparing for the big war. The scene then shifts to All for One sitting on his throne while talking to Spinner. From there, Star and Stripe appears, alongside the Navy fleet.
The next scene features Best Jeanist and Hawks discussing inside a car while Endeavor takes the skies, seemingly preparing to welcome Star and Stripe. The terror begins when Shigaraki waits for Star and Stripe. And as these two finally meet, a battle begins.
Alternatively, the new episode’s stills start with Deku, who appears with a poker face. It’s followed by a glimpse of the Class 1-A heroes, led by Uraraka, having fun. Katsuki Bakugo, Koji Koda, Shoto Todoroki, and Hanta Sero appear together; by the looks of it, they’re preparing for what’s to come.
Of course, there’s also a still of AFO, and he looks happy and excited, seemingly achieving something big. A preview of Beast Jeanist and Hawks in a vehicle is also revealed, followed by a flaming Endeavor, Shigaraki about to unleash his power, and Star and Stripe ready to attack.

My Hero Academia Season 7 Episode 1 will see the arrival of the US’s No. 1 Pro Hero, Star and Stripe, after heeding the call of All Might, who she calls master. However, before she finally arrives, Shigaraki will try to stop her by ensuing a fight over the sky.

The anime is based on the manga of the same title by Kohei Horikoshi. It started its publication in July 2014 and has collected 40 tankobon volumes. It has then become one of the best-selling manga of all time after having over 100 million copies in circulation. With its success, it has spawned a media franchise, with numerous spinoff manga and expanding into light novels, stage plays, and several merchandise and media, including video games.
It also has an anime adaptation by Studio Bones, with the first season releasing in April 2016, the second season in April 2017, the third season in April 2018, the fourth season in October 2019, the fifth season in March 2021, and the sixth season in October 2022. In addition, it has three animated movies, with an upcoming fourth one, My Hero Academia: You’re Next, and nine original video animations (OVA). A live-action film by Legendary Entertainment is also being developed.
