Several K-drama series are coming to Netflix one after another. After the success of Suzy’s Doona! and the upcoming release of Park Eun Bin’s Castaway Diva and Park Bo Young’s Daily Dose of Sunshine, here comes My Demon. SBS has now released the new series’ first stills, featuring a stare battle between its lead stars, Song Kang and Kim Yoo Jung.
The first still sees Song Kang holding Kim Yoo Jung in his arms while looking straight into her eyes, creating an intense atmosphere between the two. The next one is taken from Kim Yoo Jung’s point of view, as she also stares at Song Kang blankly and seems surprised.
The third preview features the two once again gazing at each other, with Song Kang having a fierce look in his eyes while grabbing Kim Yoo Jung’s wrist. And for the last one, they are about to share a kiss while in a suit and a wedding dress as they have finally tied the knot.

What is My Demon about?
My Demon follows the story of the Future Group heiress, Do Do Hee, an arrogant and hot-headed woman who doesn’t trust anyone. As she’s cynical about love, she makes a contract marriage with the demon Jung Koo Won. From there, a big change is about to happen in her life. Little did she know that their arranged marriage would help her husband live for eternity by making dangerous but sweet deals with people with hellish lives. He belittles humans and has been on earth for 200 years. But when he meets Do Do Hee, he surprisingly loses his power. So, he agrees to their contract marriage to avoid extinction and protect her after taking all his powers.

Kim Yoo Jung will be playing Do Do Hee, the heiress to Mirae Group who doesn’t trust anyone and falls in love with a demon. As an outsider to Mirae Group, Do Do Hee learned the ways of the world early on and became cold. Cynical of love, she makes a contract with demon Jung Gu Won and experiences a change beyond one’s imagination. As a figure surrounded by enemies all around her, viewers are curious to find out if the demon that appears in front of her will be her savior (Gu Won also meaning “savior” in Korea) or a destroyer.
