Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2 (The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam Arc) has released a new teaser trailer and key visual ahead of its January 2024 premiere. The trailer features the anime's new opening theme song titled Bling-Bang-Bang-Born by Creepy Nuts, and it gives us our first look at the new characters that will be introduced in the upcoming season. The second season will be animated by the same studio that animated the first, A-1 Pictures.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 1 concluded in June 2023 after airing 12 episodes. Season 2 will cover the Divine Visionary Selection Exam arc (Shinkakusha Kōho Senbatsu Shiken-Hen) which is expected to cover Chapters 41 to 74 of Hajime Komoto's manga series.

The new characters introduced in the new Mashle: Magic and Muscles trailer are the Divine Visionaries. The title of Divine Missionary is given to an exceptional student amongst one of the 3 magic schools, revered as one of God's chosen once every year. As the core of Bureau of Magic, they are considered to be some of the most influential sorcerers of the country.
