Mashle: Magic and Muscles - The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam Arc (Season 2) officially started airing earlier this year, and eight episodes have been released so far. Now, the official website of the anime has shared preview stills and official synopsis for Episode 22 (Season 2, Episode 10), which is scheduled to premiere on March 16, 2024. The next episode is expected to feature a showdown between Wahlberg and Fuchi Gen (Innocent Zero). We can also expect Wahlberg's "undiminished ability".

The official synopsis for Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2 Episode 10 reads:
Mash defeats Cell, who draws out the original power of the wand in Summons. At the same time, Wahlberg also shows off his undiminished ability against Necros Mance from Criminal Kane and Adam's dark magic that he controls. And finally, the curtain rises on the showdown between Wahlberg and Fuchi Gen (Innocent Zero)!
What is Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2 about?
Mashle: Magic and Muscles anime is based on Hajime Komoto's Mashle manga series, which has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine from January 2020 and recently ended in July 2023. The shonen series has a total of 162 chapters, and there are currently 16 volumes to date. Season 2 is adapting the Divine Visionary Selection Exam Arc, which is the fourth arc of the manga that picks up at Chapter 44. A-1 Pictures is animating the second season.
The arc is expected to introduce the 'Prefect' system of Easton Magic Academy, and it's expected to center on the Divine Visionary Selection Exam, which is used to find the student that will become the newest member of the Divine Visionaries. The title of Divine Visionary is given to an exceptional student amongst one of the 3 magic schools, revered as one of God's chosen once every year. As the core of Bureau of Magic, they are considered to be some of the most influential sorcerers of the country.

New episodes of Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2 are being released weekly on Crunchyroll, and Episode 22 (Season 2 Episode 10) is scheduled to premiere on Saturday, March 16. We can expect the second season to have a total of 12 episodes, so that means we can expect 3 more new episodes to arrive in the Winter 2024 anime season.
