People are just getting into the third episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 but the franchise is already hyping up next week's big fight. The teaser for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 4 has been dropped. In addition to that, MAPPA has confirmed the official title for next week's episode.

The preview for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 4 was dropped immediately after the current episode concluded. As expected, the teaser once again features commentary from mangaka Gege Akutami who penned it just for the anime. In addition to that, the footage offers a glimpse at the upcoming fight between Suguro Geto and Toji Fushiguro.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 3 ends with Riko Amanai admitting that she no longer wishes to merge with Master Tengen and live her own life. Suguru Geto, who was satisfied with her confession, then prepares to take her back home but she is suddenly shot in the head by Toji Fushiguro. The shocked Geto asks how Fushiguro managed to follow them and the "sorcerer killer" casually claims that he has killed Satoru Gojo.

The last thing we see in the third episode is Geto summoning two of his strongest curses before telling Fushiguro to die. That should confirm that the sorcerer is ready to avenge his best friend and the Star Plasma Vessel.

But is Gojo truly dead? Considering the serious injuries Fushiguro inflicted on him, the sorcerer is pretty much dead meat as a result of his own overconfidence. Still, he's a man who is full of surprises so we're looking forward to what happens next in the anime.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 4 is titled Hidden Inventory 4 ("Kaigyoku -shi-") and is expected to adapt the manga's Chapters 73 to 75. The fourth episode of the second season will premiere on July 27, 2023.
