The official Warner Bros. Japan Anime YouTube channel has released a new trailer fo Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? (DanMachi for short) Season 5 ahead of the romcom fantasy anime's return next month. The trailer hypes up the impending climax of the Great Faction Battle. Episodes 12 and 13 of the anime are confirmed to release on Japanese streaming platform Abema on February 7; Episode 14 will be released on February 26, and Episode 15 on March 5. The returning cast of Danmachi Season 5 inclues Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, who plays the protagonist Bell, as well as Inori Minase (Hestia), Ayumi Mano (Cassandra), Akeno Watanabe (Aisha), Wakana Kowaka (Daphne), Yuka Iguchi (Hitachi), Kazuyuki Okitsu (Kashida), and Maaya Uchida (Liliruca). They will be joined by newcomers that include:
Ryokan Koyanagi as Ottar
Yashiro Taku as Allen Fromel
Nobunaga Shimazaki as Hedin Selland
Yusuke Kobayashi as Hogni Ragnar
Taichi Ichikawa as Alfrigg, Dvalinn, Berling and Grer

J.C. Staff returned to produce the animation of DanMachi Season 5, with Hideki Tachibana directing the anime while Fujino Omori and Hideki Shirane are in charge of the series composition. Shigeki Kimoto is the character designer, and Keiji Inai is the music composer.
What is DanMachi about?
The fantasy rom-com anime is based on the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? (Japanese: Danjon ni Deai o Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darō ka) light novel series written by Fujino Omori and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuta. It was published by SB Creative under their GA Bunko imprint. Yen Press is the publisher of the English language version of the light novels.
