The hype around GTA 6 is growing day by day, and due to the franchise’s massive community, it looks like someone has a new thing to say or a claim to make every day regarding the game’s release. The latest in this lineup is the YouTuber DaniRep. Dani has taken to X to start a countdown that will supposedly lead to GTA 6’s announcement trailer release. This was done in the most recent tweet they made regarding this topic.
“What is his source?”, “Does DaniRep know something we don’t?” etc., are some of the questions that will come to your head when seeing his tweets. We don’t know the answer to these questions, but in the desperation of finally seeing a glimpse of GTA 6 or hearing any official announcement about it from Rockstar Games, we hope this YouTuber knows what he’s talking about.
DaniRep’s Past Claims
While on the topic, it is worth noting that Dani has also previously made similar claims on his X account that ended up proving untrue. In September 2022, they made a tweet saying that the trailer for GTA 6 would come out on October 21 of the same year. This obviously ended up not being the case, so we would suggest taking their claims with a grain of salt.
There have been many rumors stating that GTA 6’s announcement will be made in October this year. Most of the community and fans believe this theory will prove itself correctly, while others are a bit hesitant. Either way, we hope Rockstar Games decides to break their silence and officially announce the game soon.
