Rockstar Games has been undergoing plenty of different changes lately, one of them being the addition of a new studio in LA. Not only this, but the company has also been losing a couple of members from their development team and other members who have been working for Rockstar Games for quite some time. Since Rockstar has lost several employees lately, fans are concerned about the impact this will have on GTA 6 and what its future is going to be.
From what we know so far, the storyline for Grand Theft Auto 6 is either close to getting completed or has already been completed. This couldn’t have happened at a better time since the Vice President of Writing, Michael Unsworth, will be leaving Rockstar Games. This means that the storyline of GTA 6 will not be impacted in any way, and the game can continue developing regardless.
However, there’s no surety that this might not change at any point in the future since Rockstar Games might decide to change certain elements or moments from the upcoming GTA 6 game. If this does happen, then it would require one to re-write, which might end up seriously affecting the end product. This news doesn’t really affect Grand Theft Auto 6’s main storyline as much as it affects the arrival of any future DLC in the game.
Michael Unsworth is responsible for writing the previous two GTA titles as well as Red Dead Redemption I and II, Max Payne 3, and La Noire, so Rockstar is losing a huge asset. He has written some of the most excellent dialogues throughout the whole Grand Theft Auto series, causing the fans to worry about the future of the franchise.

Michael Unsworth has been working for Rockstar Games for the past 16 years, and in that time, he has received plenty of positive responses for his work. He has been an incredible part of the company over the years and has mesmerized fans with his terrific writing. With Unsworth leaving the company, only a couple of writers are left, and we hope that they continue to raise the standard of writing that Unsworth and other great writers have worked for in the last few years. For now, we can just sit back and wait for GTA 6’s release, so we can enjoy the final work of Michael Unsworth.
