Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 4 Stills Hint at Wizard Boy Taking the Lead

After the unexpected attack in the previous episode, fans are about to see another great battle between Goblin Slayer and the pesky goblins in Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 4. However, a big twist may happen. The anime has dropped the new preview stills for the upcoming episode, hinting at the possibility of Wizard Boy taking the lead.

In the new previews released by the anime’s official website for Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 4, Wizard Boy looks determined, as seen in the fierce look on his face—the complete opposite of Priestess’ jolly appearance. There’s also a still that sees Wizard Boy and Goblin Slayer looking at each other, seemingly having a heated confrontation. The protagonist is then seen standing beside Cow Girl and Priestess in two separate previews.

Moreover, Priestess joins Witch and Spearman as they seem to be in a serious conversation. For the last one, Goblin Slayer and Spearman stand side by side, ready to take on the enemies.

What to expect from Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 4?

Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 4, titled And On to the Adventure, is expected to continue where the previous episode left off. Goblin Slayer will again fight against the goblins after these little beasts manage to infiltrate the training ground through the caves. Of course, he will get all the help he needs from the other adventurers to protect the young ones.

However, according to the new episode synopsis, the Priestess will leave her usual members to lead a new team, along with Wizard Boy, to stop the goblins’ plans after realizing their real intention. But something is about to happen as they’re about to rescue them.

What happened in Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 3?

In Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 3, Goblin Slayer and his fellow adventurers used Noble Fencer as their training ground to teach the new trainees. Spearman, Heavy Warrior, and the Goblin Slayer then went out to enjoy the night and talked about their dreams. Goblin Slayer even revealed his aspirations to become a hero.
