After five years, fans will finally see the return of Goblin Slayer, along with Priestess, Fairy Archer, Lizard Monk, and the rest of the gang in Goblin Slayer Season 2. In fact, in a few days, its premiere episode is about to hit the small screens, and the anime has now dropped its preview stills, giving a glimpse of the new character’s coming.
Based on the Japanese dark fantasy light novel series of the same name written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by Noboru Kannatsuki, Goblin Slayer follows the story of an adventurer group that aims to kill all the goblins in the world. This story is adapted into a manga by Kōsuke Kurose, followed by a second adaptation by Masahiro Ikeno and a prequel manga by Kento Eida. In 2018, White Fox adapted the anime’s first season while Liden Films handled the upcoming second season.
The anime’s official website has released several preview stills for Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 1. Of course, there’s a preview of the group, composed of Lizard Monk, Priestess, Goblin Slayer, Fairy Archer, and Miner, while they’re out and about. The next stills feature Goblin Slayer, who seems to encounter the newcomer, Wizard Boy, a sad-looking Guild Girl, and confused Fairy Archer and Priestess.

What will happen in Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 1?
Titled An Ordinary Spring Day, Goblin Slayer Season 2 Episode 1 will see Goblin Slayer heading out as he goes on another adventure to kill the goblins. However, he won’t be alone this time, as he gets the help of Priestess, Fairy Archer, Miner, and Lizard Monk. But while they’re on their way, they meet a new adventurer named Wizard Boy, who seems dangerous as he plans to exterminate all the trolls on his own. With this threat, Goblin Slayer decides to take him back to the ranch, following the Guild receptionist’s request due to the danger he brings.

However, along the way, they meet a dangerous new adventurer and boy magician who is determined to exterminate goblins on his own.
