There are several Game of Thrones spin-offs in development right now, but Snow is the one that most people look forward to. After all, the new show will serve as a sequel to the main series and follow Jon Snow after he was banished from Westeros. But who will join the former King in the North in the new show? Liam Cunningham admitted that he tried to convince Kit Harington to bring back Davos Seaworth in the MAX series.

In the final season of Game of Thrones, Jon Snow was sent off to Castle Black as punishment for killing Daenerys Targaryen, but he reunites with the Wildlings and heads off North of the Wall. Meanwhile, Davos Seaworth becomes a member of the Small Council at King's Landing, working for King Bran Stark. The two characters couldn't be further apart from each other, but that didn't stop Liam Cunningham from campaigning for Davos's return in Snow.

Den of Geek interviewed Cunningham before the SAG-AFTRA strikes, and the Masters of the Universe: Revelation star confirmed that he is pushing for Davos to be brought back in Jon Snow's series, even going as far as sending Kit Harington some suggestive messages.

"I did send [Kit] a text saying, 'Better Call Davos,'" Cunningham said. "I haven’t heard anything back."

This might seem disheartening for fans who want to catch up with Ser Davos again, but Cunningham isn't giving up hope. "I wish them the best to whoever's involved in it, and if the check is big enough, I might even show up again!" he added.

At this point, it has not yet been revealed who will be returning in Snow. Kit Harington is the only actor who is sure to be a part of the new Game of Thrones series, and there are speculations that Kristofer Hivju could reprise his role as Tormund Giantsbane. However, there have been no official announcements about the show just yet. Make sure to check this page for new updates.

It is unclear whether Davos Seaworth will be back in Snow. Likewise, the series is still in early development and has not been given a production start date. In the meantime, fans can watch Liam Cunningham in action in The Last Voyage of the Demeter, which is set to premiere on August 11, 2023.
