Frieren is then seen with Kanne, a third-class mage, who was paired with the former, along with her childhood friend, Lawine, for the first exam.

It then reveals the return of Kraft. In addition, Laufen, a second-class mage who also participates in the first-class mage examinations, is revealed. As the battle begins, Frieren shows her incredible powers.
