Fortnite has been busy sending teasers to content creators regarding Chapter 4 Season 4, one of which includes the addition of several new weapons to the game. Tons of new weapons have come and gone from the Fortnite battle royale mode in the last six years. Although it does get quite upsetting for players to see their favorite guns get removed, it still is an excellent way to keep the fun and excitement alive in the game and to challenge the players.
Epic Games introduced some items in Chapter 4 Season 3’s jungle theme, that were used in some quite unique ways. Players could capture the Wildwasps and use them as a bioweapon in order to greatly damage their opponents. The scope of the Thermal DMR allowed gamers to identify their enemies in the massive jungle. On top of this, mud also became a huge part of Fortnite which gave players an opportunity to avoid both the wasps and the thermal vision.
The start of Chapter 4 Season 4 means that there will be a whole new theme, so Epic Games needs to introduce some entirely different weapons to Fortnite. It was recently revealed that the upcoming season of Fortnite is going to be heist-themed, meaning some unique and exciting new weapons, including the Rocket Ram and the Deployable Briefcase Auto Turret, are on the way. By their names, it seems like these weapons will be extremely useful to gamers during heists. In addition to this, it seems like Midas’ Mythic Drum Gun will also be making a comeback in Fortnite. Unfortunately, players won’t have the option to get their hands on this weapon the way they did before. This is because Midas won’t be a boss in Season 4, so his signature Drum Gun will most likely be locked in a secret safe at one of the brand-new Fortnite POIs.
From what we have seen so far, it seems like Chapter 4 Season 4 is going to be an epic one, even though a lot more information is left to be revealed. Furthermore, since the upcoming season is going to be live at the time of Halloween, players can expect to see a much spookier theme. So, they might be able to have fun to the fullest this season during the annual Fortnitemares event, meaning this season is definitely something to look forward to.
