The Fortnite x Avatar collab just added the new Korra skin to the popular battle royale game, with a series of quests available allowing gamers to unlock the fan-favorite Avatar. With the crossover live, Fortnite players can now accquire a powerful Mythic in form of Waterbending, giving players the ability to manipulate the element of water to damage their enemies and grow one step closer to a Victory Royale. Of course, fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra as well as those seeking high power will want to get their hands on this powerful weapon in Fortnite.
Epic Games has released the secret skin for Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass, giving players the ability to unlock Korra from Nickelodeon's Avatar spin-off as a skin in Fortnite, with a set of brand new cosmetic items based on the popular character also available to unlock - including a glider and backbling. Players can unlock Korra by completing special quests in Fortnite from today until the Chapter 5 Season 2 comes to a close on May 24.

Fortnite players will be able to find the Waterbending Mythic weapon in various ways in the game, but keep in mind that it looks like the spawn rate for this loot item is quite low, according to players who have acquired the weapon for themselves. However the good news is that you won't have to defeat the Avatar to acquire this Mythic, and players can locate the weapon through these ways:
Open Olympus/Underworld Chests
Open Normal Chests
Open Rare Chests
Open Supply Drops
Destroy Supply Drones
Found as Floor Loor
Is Aang coming to Fortnite?
While Korra is the only Avatar character that can be unlocked in Fortnite right now, she won't be the only one for long. The game already teased the arrival of her predecessor Avatar, Aang, with an iceberg appearing off the coast northeast of the map, which has silhouettes of Aang and his companion Appa (which seems to be based on his look in Avatar: The Last Airbender instead of his older appearance in The Legend of Korra).
As leaker Hypex noted, Aang will be released in-game as part of an upcoming Avatar event pass next week, so we can look forward to that.
