A new family movie is about to hit Netflix this month. But compared to other films like this, this one will feature body swaps like Lindsay Lohan's and Jamie Lee Curtis’ Freaky Friday, but with a twist. So, to give a glimpse of what’s to come, Netflix has dropped a new trailer for its upcoming comedy film Family Switch, showing how Jennifer Garner's planned trip turn into a big mess.
The preview shows a worrying Garner as she starts to feel her family is getting disconnected, as they’re all busy doing their own things. She then goes to her daughter CC’s messy room, where she’s practicing football. Ed Helms then visits their son Bill’s room and asks him to go downstairs for a family meeting.
“We are gonna make a happy memory as a family,” Garner announces. As the next scene sees them all arguing, they wish to switch places to understand each other. As Garner asks Rita Moreno to take a picture of them, something out of this universe happens. Their wish finally comes true, and they end up swapping their bodies.

What is Family Switch about?
Family Switch follows the story of the Walker family, who find themselves swapping their bodies after visiting an astrological reader. CC becomes Jess, while Wyatt turns into Bill and vice versa. Even the youngest child has a body swap with their dog. To get their original bodies back, the kids and their parents must learn to understand and relate to one another.
