Just like that, Demon Slayer Season 4 will come to an end with the upcoming release of Episode 8, titled The Hashira Unite. The previous episode set the stage for the Hashira Training Arc finale after featuring the appearance of Demon King Muzan Kibutsuji at the Ubuyashiki mansion. With a huge fight waiting to happen, the preview for Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 8 shows the first meeting of the Demon Slayer Corps leader Kagaya Ubuyashiki and Muzan.

So far, the anime’s official website has only released one still for Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 8, and it shows a fear-stricken Tanjiro Kamado. From his appearance, Tanjiro has already learned that the Demon King has infiltrated the Ubuyashiki mansion, putting their leader’s life in danger. However, someone is seen covering Tanjiro’s mouth and stopping him from making noises.

By the looks of it, Tanjiro, the Hashiras, and the rest of the Demon Slayers will rush to Ubuyashiki’s side to defend him against Muzan. Ubuyashiki is incredibly weak and bedridden, so he cannot fight a formidable demon like Muzan alone. Though it remains to be seen if the Demon Slayers will make it in time to save Ubuyashiki, this will be an emotional finale that fans need to see.

What happened in Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 7?

Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 7, Stone Hashira Gyomei Himejima, opened with Tanjiro finally completing the Stone Hashira’s training. With his great effort, he had moved the boulder at a great distance. As Himejima praised Tanjiro, he later revealed his past to him, telling an emotional story of how he once ran a temple to care for orphans but ended up almost being executed after a child wrongfully blamed him for killing the kids that a demon slaughtered. This made Himejima distrust children, so he hadn’t trusted Tanjiro and Nezuko before.

Later, he visited the Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka, who was sparring with the Wind Hashira Sanemi Shinazugawa. As expected, Sanemi’s blood once again boiled after seeing Tanjiro. He then left, which gave Tanjiro and Giyu some time together. Sanemi then caught a demonic eye that had been spying on the Demon Slayers for a while and realized that they were infiltrated. From there, Muzan appeared at the Ubuyashiki mansion.
