Tanjiro Kamado’s training under the Hashiras will continue in Demon Slayer Season 4. Tanjiro shows incredible agility and strength compared to other trainees after his intense training with the former Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui. So, in the upcoming Episode 4, titled It Makes Me Smile, Tanjiro is about to train under Muichiro Tokito.
The anime has only released one still for Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 4, showing Tokito’s intense gaze as he starts rapid movement training. If Uzui teaches the young demon slayers stamina, Tokito will train them how to move faster to fight the Upper-Rank demons.
As the Mist Hashira, Tokito possesses incredible talents and skills. He’s known for his immense speed and reflexes, making him a formidable trainer who teaches rapid movement skills. He can slash several demons simultaneously and move quickly, like teleporting. Though Tanjiro shows his ability to keep up with Upper-Rank demons' movements, Tokito can easily outspeed his reflexes. Hence, it’s time for Tanjiro to learn from the best.

What happened in Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 3?
Warning: Spoilers ahead. Read at your own risk.
Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 3, Fully Recovered Tanjiro Joins the Hashira Training, saw the start of Tanjiro’s training under Uzui. Despite his retirement, Uzui was enjoying himself teaching the young demon slayers. But despite losing an arm and an eye, he proved that he was still a formidable fighter as he had a one-on-one fight with Tanjiro. Later, the other trainees joined their battle, but Uzui defeated them all without sweat.
The previous episode also showed Sanemi Shinazugawa and Obanai Iguro talking about the incident in the premiere episode, in which they happened to stumble into the Infinity Castle. Though they finally saw Muzan Kibutsuji’s hideout, they still had no idea where it was exactly located. This made them think that the hideout was near their place, making them fear for safety. So, the two decided to fight each other to help hone their skills.
Also, Giyu Tomioka briefly appeared in Episode 3. Tanjiro challenged Tomioka in a noodle-eating contest. If Tanjiro won, Tomioka had to join the Hashira training. Hence, Tanjiro did his best to defeat Tomioka.
