The anime adaptation of Yukinobu Tatsu's Dan Da Dan manga series finally started broadcasting today with the release of Episode 1, and the creditless version of its opening and closing videos have been released. Creepy Nuts, is performing the new anime's opening theme song, titled Otonoke. The Japanese band is known for performing Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2's hit opening theme song, Bling-Bang-Bang-Born, and their latest work for Dan Da Dan doesn't disappoint. It's certainly one of the catchiest anime opening theme songs we've heard in recent years.

Dan Da Dan's ending theme song, TAIDADA, is performed by Zutomayo. The song is pretty upbeat and matches the tone of the romnatic comedy supernatural thriller anime. Watch the creditless video for the anime's ending theme song below:

Dan Da Dan anime is directed by Fuga Yamashiro, with HIroshi Seko as the series composer, and Naoyuki Onda as the character designer. Science SARU is in producing its animation. The opening theme song was also previewed in the official trailer for Dan Da Dan, which you can watch below:
What is Dan Da Dan about?
Dan Da Dan anime is based on the romantic comedy / supernatural manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, which began serialization on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ service in 2021. As of July 2024, its chapters have been collected into 15 tankōbon volumes.
