Get ready to laugh and cry in Netflix’s new K-drama Chicken Nugget. Aside from showing the great talent of one of the most versatile actors in South Korea, Ryu Seung-ryong, known for his role in Miracle in Cell No. 7, the third highest-grossing film in Korea, the series also features the My Demon star Kim Yoo-jung in a special appearance. The new teaser shows how Yoo-jung gets lost in a bunch of crispy fried chicken nuggets.

The Chicken Nugget teaser starts to introduce Ahn Jae-hong, Seung-ryong’s intern at his food company and a big fan of Yoo-jung. Wearing a pink polo paired with a blue vest and yellow pants, Seung-ryong can’t help but notice his style. “Your yellow pants are a big deal to me,” the boss says. As his response, he says he also owns red ones, stunning Seung-ryong, resulting in the two laughing.
The next scene shows Yoo-jung wondering about the purple cabinet. She later checks it, opens the door, and goes inside. A button then appears, and the next thing she knows, she has already turned into a piece of chicken nugget. This unexpected turn of events surprises Jae-hong, with Seung-ryong rushing behind him as they check on Yoo-jung. Seung-ryong can’t do anything but scream his child’s name while Seung-ryong holds the food. But as the two trip while walking, the food slips from their hand and gets lost in a box of other fried nuggets. From there, Seung-ryong starts a journey to bring her daughter back into her human form.
Aside from the teaser, Netflix also drops a new visual for Chicken Nugget. The poster shows Seung-ryong and Jae-hone trying to pick which chicken nuggets are real Yoo-jung while looking both worried and surprised.
