Another isekai anime is making its way to the small screen. The anime adaptation of Miraijin A’s light novel, As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World, was officially announced in May 2023. And after almost a year, Isekai Channel has dropped its third trailer, giving a glimpse of Ars Louvent and his people’s story and finally revealing its release date: April 7, 2024. The As a Reincarnated Aristocrat trailer begins with a young Ars telling his story of how he gets reincarnated in another world. The protagonist possesses a special ability appraisal skill and his mission is to protect his territory as the future lord. But despite his abilities, the noble family heir realizes that his future looks dark.
Charlotte Wraith, the orphan Ars rescued, then takes the scene as she guides kids with her, followed by a glimpse of Rosell Kischa, who Ars recruited for being a brilliant tactician. As he laments about his life, Ars tries to convince Rosell that his weapon is his brain. Raven Louvent, Ars’ father, then goes to a war that results in his demise. Ritsu Muses, a Markan boy who Ars helps, swears to protect the heir as the latter starts to form his own people. From there, a battle begins as the preview also introduces Lysia Plaid, Ars’ arranged fiancée, Fam, the mercenary group Shadow’s leader, and Mireille Grangeon, a mysterious woman who travels the world.

What is As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World about?
As a Reincarnated Aristocrat follows the story of an ordinary Japanese salaryman who reincarnates into another world after dying. He’s now called Ars Louvent and becomes an heir to a noble family. After discovering that he now possesses the skill to appraise the talent and aptitude of other people, he manages to convince powerful individuals to be his servants and allies to prepare for war as he fights for his succession to the throne.

The anime is based on the light novel by Miraijin A. It was first serialized on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website before it was published in print, illustrated by Jimmy, by Kodansha in July 2020. It has released five volumes as of July 2023. It was then adapted into manga with illustrations by Natsumi Inoue and started its serialization on the Magazine Pocket website in June 2020. It had collected 13 volumes as of November 2023. Come May 2023, an anime adaptation of Studio Mother was announced and is set to release in April 2024.
With its isekai theme, many are now looking forward to seeing Ars’ story in the new anime As a Reincarnated Aristocrat. However, with the series' numerous characters, fans want to know how they will be introduced without affecting the tales they’re about to tell.
