Just a week after the first trailer was released, ENA and Genie TV have released the second teaser trailer for the upcoming romantic comedy series Tastefully Yours, starring Go Min-si and Kang Ha-neul, releasing on Netflix this May. The internationally-licensed South Korean series directed by Park Dhan-hee and written by Jung Soo-yoon will feature the romance of the two leads: the stubborn chef Mo Yeon-joo (Go Min-si) and the chaebol heir Han Beom-woo (Kang Ha-neul).
In Tastefully Yours, Min-si plays a chef who runs a small one-table restaurant in a remote area while Ha Neul's character is a heir to the top food corporation in Korea. The pair have different backgrounds and philosophies about food but wind up running a restaurant together in the South Korean city of Jeonju, where they're expected to have fierce kitchen encounters. As the new trailer reveals, we can expect a lot of bickering between the two.
In the trailer, Han Beom-woo is determined to achieve a three-star rating from the "Diamant Guide", and he visits Mo Yeon-joo's restaurant. Beom-woo is seen acknowledging Yeon-joo's cooking skills, but he thinks her management style is lacking, and offers her a buyout contract, which she tears, and counters, “If you work here yourself, I’ll think about it.” Despite their shaky start, it looks like Beom-woo and Yeon-joo will work together, and sparks will begin to fly.
