Marvel Studios has officially confirmed that Kelsey Grammer will reprise his X-Men role as Beast in the highly-anticipated Avengers: Doomsday movie. At the time of this writing, Marvel Studios is still announcing the full cast list for the next two Avengers films in a major livestream reveal, and Grammer is one of the cast members confirmed to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Grammer first appeared as Beast in X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), and again in X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014). His last MCU appearance was in 2023's The Marvels film, during which his character Dr. Henry "Hank" McCoy, a.k.a. Beast, was revealed to be part of an alternate universe. It's still unclear what role Beast will play in Avengers: Doomsday's story, but the confirmation of his appearance suggests that other X-Men characters might appear in the film. However, at the time of this writing, no other X-Men actors are confirmed to return in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
