Update: X-Men '97 Episode 7 is now streaming on Disney+!
X-Men '97's midseason peak, which featured the tragic massacre of Genosha, left audiences reeling, and now they're now eager to see where the story is going next. With only four episodes left to go for the animated show's first season, we can expect the stakes to go higher. Today, Comicbook.com has exclusively released the first clip for X-Men '97 Episode 7, which is titled Bright Eyes. Watch the sneak peek for the seventh episode in the tweet below:
The clip shows Rogue (voiced by Lenore Zann) literally going rogue after the tragedy in X-Men '97 Episode 5, Remember It, which left Gambit (AJ LoCascio) and Magneto (Matthew Waterson) among those who were either missing or dead by the end of the episode. Last week's episode, Lifedeath Part 2, didn't focus on Rogue's side of the story, but this clip shows that she'll be back in action in Episode 7, and she's clearly not holding back.
