The official X account of HJ Novels has announced that an anime adaptation of Mashikima Suzuki's Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! light novel series is in the works. The post reads (translated in English): "Elf is crazy about Japanese culture!? A very popular parallel world ⇔ modern romantic comedy fantasy!". The announcement did not specify the format of the anime, but it'll likely be a TV anime adaptation.
