After almost a month of waiting, The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 will finally be out on July 27. But fans don’t have to wait for several more days, as Netflix Geeked announced an early screening of the second volume’s first episode in a special event hosted by the streamer. So, here’s everything you need to know, from the series’ early release to the plot of the remaining episodes.

The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 will be the last time fans will see Henry Cavill as the monster-hunter Geralt of Trivia after announcing his decision to leave the show in October 2022. Based on Andrzej Sapkowski’s short stories and novels, the series will see a new protagonist in Liam Hemsworth, starting in The Witcher Season 4 and beyond.

How to Watch The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 Early?

On July 20, Netflix Geeked’s Twitter page announced an early release of the first episode of The Witcher Season 3 Volume 1 before it officially debuted worldwide. The account added a link for the exclusive fan event on Tuesday, July 25, at 5 p.m. PT and 8 p.m. EDT.

Users just have to click the “Register Now” button and sign up to “RSVP.” From there, the site will confirm your attendance and send an email with the screening link and a personalized code to join in.

However, fans must note that this is only for the first episode of The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2. They have to wait, like everybody else, for the second volume’s official release to see Cavill’s final outing as Geralt. Geeked also noted that there would be a special The Witcher trivia after the first episode’s early release.

The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 Trailer

Netflix gives an official look at The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 in a trailer dropped on July 13. By the looks of it, Cavill is ready to say goodbye to the iconic character he has played for in the past three years.

Geralt’s found family, Yennefer and Ciri, is determined to stay together no matter what. However, fate has taken its course, and Ciri will find herself fighting alone to save herself.

The hair-raising and tears-inducing clip also features several intense turns of events that see Geralt lying on the ground, seemingly beaten. “Remember your strength,” Yennefer utters. “We need you.”

In the last scene, Geralt breaks his sword and later floats on the waters. “There’s no coming back from this,” he says.

The Witcher Season 3 Volume 2 Plot

A huge battle is about to come. Different alliances have formed to face The Brotherhood and Yennefer. So, fans are about to see who will join which side in the last three episodes.
