The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord's Army was a Human light novel series is getting an anime adaptation, and a new character trailer has been released today. The new preview introduces Satie, voiced by Hina Tachibana (Nanera in The Great Cleric). Studio A-Cat is producing the animation for the dark fantasy isekai anime that's scheduled to premiere in July 2024. Norihiko Nagahama is directing the TV anime adaptation of The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord, and Touko Machida is the series composer, while Masami Sueoka is in charge of character designs (based on original designs by KUMA). Kohta Yamamoto is composing the music for the anime.

The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord anime is based on the light novel series of the same title (Japanese: Maō-gun Saikyō no Majutsushi wa Ningen Datta) written by Ryousuke Hata and illustrated by Kuma. The isekai series was published in Japan under Futabasha's Monster Comics imprint
The story description for The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord's Army reads:
Ike is known as "the strongest magician in the demon king's army" and is a single-handedly conquering fortresses. The way he mowed down the enemies with his immense magic is truly a "monster" that makes him feared by both allies and foes alike. However, he had a secret that he could not tell other demons. "--I'm actually human." Aiming for a coexistence between demons and humans while the leader of demon's army is hiding the fact that he is actually a human!?
