The Eminence in Shadow is one of the most acclaimed isekai anime series in recent years, and one stunning cosplay is hyping up Alpha's role in the dark fantasy based on Daisuke Aizawa's light novel series. Alpha is the commander-in-chief of protagonist Cid Kagenou's Shadow Garden, the secret organization operating from the shadows. After Cid cured her of demonic possession, she dedicated her life to him and destroying the Cult of Diablos, and now, artist genko_cosplay has brought her to life on Instagram.

As you can see, genko_cosplay's depiction of Alpha breathtakingly-beautiful, with the character's long golden-blonde hair, blue eyes, elven ears. Her customary ebony slime bodysuit ornamented with gold accents and a cutout-style chest design is perfect, and the model has the gorgeous physique that truly brings Alpha to life.
Is The Eminence in Shadow Season 3 confirmed?
At the time of this article's publication, The Eminence in Shadow hasn't officially been confirmed yet, but the good news is that the anime adaptation hasn't been canceled yet. In fact, a feature film for the isekai dark fantasy series has already been announced, and it's called The Eminence in Shadow: Lost Echoes. Kadokawa already released the first trailer for the upcoming anime movie, but a release date hasn't been confirmed yet, so if you haven't caught up with the TV anime adaptation, you can watch all the episodes on HIDIVE now.
What is The Eminence in Shadow about?
The isekai anime series is based on The Eminence in Shadow (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) Japanese light novels written by Daisuke Aizawa and illustrated by Tozai. Enterbrain has been publishing the series with Tozai's illustrations since 2018. The series also received a manga adaptation with art by Anri Sakano, and it was serialized in Kadokawa Shoten's seinen manga magazine Comp Ace since December 2018. The light novels and manga were licensed in English by Yen Press, which provided the following synopsis:
The specter of war hangs thick in the air of the Oriana Kingdom, where Princess Rose is expected to wed Duke Perv. This supposed marriage cannot and will not stand, though, as it would throw a major wrench in a certain shadowbroker’s plans. Not one to miss an opportunity for sleuthing, Cid makes his way to the royal capital to put a stop to the ceremony, but are there even bigger schemes at work behind this unholy matrimony?
