Almost two weeks after the first part’s release, focusing on Princess Diana’s (Elizabeth Debicki) relationship with Dodi Fayed (Khalid Abdalla) and their untimely deaths, Netflix has dropped the first look preview for The Crown Season 6 Part 2, featuring Meg Bellamy as Kate Middleton wearing her character’s iconic see-through fashion show dress. The remaining six episodes will feature the grown-up Prince William and Prince Harry, the former’s relationship with Kate, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles’ wedding, and more.

The Crown Season 6 Part 2 previews feature everything about the royal family, from Queen Elizabeth (Imelda Staunton) and Prince Phillip (Jonathan Pryce) greeting the public to the young Prince William (Ed McVey) meeting the crowd outside the palace. The streamer then gives a glimpse of Kate walking on the runway wearing a see-through dress that caught Prince William’s eye.

The next still features the two princes having fun on the couch, followed by a preview of Princess Margaret (Lesley Manville) beside the pool and holding her cigar. Prince Charles (Dominic West) and Camilla (Olivia Williams) look happy as a couple, while he’s later seen with her two sons in a photo op while wearing their ski suits. For the last still, Kate and Prince William look into each other’s eyes as romance brews.

What to expect from The Crown Season 6 Part 2?

The Crown Season 6 Part 2 will pick up a few months after Princess Diana’s death. Prince William and Prince Harry are growing up, with the former already studying at St. Andrews University, where he’s about to meet Kate Middleton. A royal romance begins from there, but he isn’t the only one finding love in the series' remaining episodes before it finally ends. The royal wedding bells are about to ring for Prince Charles and Camilla.

In an interview with Tudum, Bellamy revealed that it was a “real privilege” and a “pleasure” to join the cast of The Crown Season 6 Part 2. She has always been a fan of the acclaimed series, so she finds it crazy that she has become a part of it. McVey, on the other hand, also sees it as “amazing” and “fantastic” to make it to this show.
