The long wait will be soon over as Sweet Home Season 2 is about to hit the small screens in no time. Netflix has dropped the pre-release preview for the second season ahead of its release, focusing on the two lead stars, Lee Jin Wook and Song Kang. But now that Jung Ui Myeong possesses Pyeon Sang Wook’s (Jin Wook) body, he wants Cha Hyun Soo (Song Kang) to join him in finding other neohumans or special infectees like them. The preview begins with Jin Wook getting dressed while Song Kang is behind him as he prepares to meet other neohumans like them. The two seem to be in an abandoned mall. However, looking uneasy, Jin Wook asks Song Kang if his wound still hurts and gives him something to wear. Annoyed by his moves, Song Kang can’t help but ask Jin Wook why he brought him to the mall.
“So, you could live,” Jin Wook says. “I didn’t want you to be captured and regret it all.” He continued that humans wouldn’t stop hunting for him, but Song Kang didn’t care as it was his decision, making Jin Wook unleash the monster in him. He blames Song Kang for handing himself to the soldiers despite telling him they will only puncture and rip him apart. Unbothered, Song Kang asks if it’s the reason why he ran, which puts Jin Wook back to his senses.
As a woman appears and asks for help, Jin Wook helps to kill the monster, promising Song Kang he will never hurt anyone without reason. Jin Wook convinces Song Kang and prepares for their journey to find other neohumans. However, the soldiers have already arrived without their knowledge.
